1.2 Subject of the Agreement

This agreement concerns the domain registration and management service provided by the Service Provider, which allows the Customer to register, manage, and renew domain names (hereinafter "Service"). The Service covers only domain registration and does not include other online services such as web hosting or email services, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

1.3 Agreement Commencement and Duration

The agreement comes into effect when the Customer accepts these Terms of Service and registers a domain name through the Service Provider. The agreement is valid until further notice, unless terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service.

2. Service Content and Use

2.1 Domain Registration

The Service Provider acts as a domain registration intermediary and offers the Customer the opportunity to register domain names through various registrars.

2.2 Registration Conditions

For domain registration, the Customer must provide all required information correctly and up-to-date. The Service Provider is not responsible for registration problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

2.3 Domain Renewal and Expiration

  • The Customer is responsible for renewing their domain name before it expires.
  • The Service Provider may send reminders about domain expiration, but is not responsible if the Customer does not retain the domain name despite renewal.
  • If the Customer does not renew their domain name in time, it may be removed from the registry or become available to other users.

2.4 WHOIS Information and Privacy Protection

  • During domain registration, the Customer's information is stored in the databases of registration authorities and may be visible in WHOIS databases, unless privacy protection has been specifically activated.
  • The Customer can request domain privacy protection if the registrar supports it.

3. Payments and Pricing

3.1 Price List

The price list for the Service is available on the Service Provider's website. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are made at the time of order via online banking, credit card, or another accepted payment method.
  • Domain registration will only occur once payment has been made.
  • Unpaid orders will not be processed, and the Service Provider is not responsible for any lost domain names due to payment default.

3.3 Price Changes

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the Service at any time. Price changes do not affect registrations that have already been paid for but may apply to future renewals.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Accuracy of Information

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information they provide. Providing false or incomplete information may lead to the loss of the domain name.

4.2 Use of Domain Names

  • The Customer must not use the registered domain names for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
  • The Customer is responsible for the use of their registered domain names and any potential conflicts related to intellectual property rights.

4.3 Intellectual Property Rights and Trademarks

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the domain name being registered does not infringe on the trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.4 Limitations of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the domain name, such as loss of business, data loss, or other damages that may be incurred by the Customer or third parties.

5. Service Provider's Rights and Obligations

5.1 Service Maintenance and Development

The Service Provider strives to maintain and develop the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

5.2 Right to Suspend or Cancel Service

The Service Provider may suspend or cancel the Customer's domain name if:
