Personal data is processed in connection with orders, invoicing, debt collection, contacts, customer service, customer surveys, service development, reporting, customer communication, marketing, and other activities related to customer relationship management.

The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer through, for example, messages sent via web forms, email, phone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer provides their information.
Information about contact persons of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.
The data in the register is only used by NovaSolu Oy. Data may be published to the extent agreed upon with the customer.
Care is taken in the processing of the register, and data processed by information systems is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is handled appropriately. The data controller ensures that stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, are processed confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes it.
NovaSolu Oy provides a WHOIS search function through which a user can check domain registration details. WHOIS data is retrieved via the public whois or rdap protocol.

Every individual in the register has the right to inspect their data stored in the register and to request the correction of any erroneous data or the completion of incomplete data. If an individual wishes to inspect the data stored about them or request its rectification, the request should be sent electronically to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request proof of identity from the requester. The data controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule, within one month).
An individual in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register ("right to be forgotten"). Likewise, registered individuals have other rights in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent electronically to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request proof of identity from the requester. The data controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule, within one month).
